Some Things to Remember for Students:
· We may see some rain today, so please be ready for our rainy day recess schedule. Please follow all directions of teachers and other staff.
· Good luck to the volleyball teams tonight as they take on Sunny Brae!
· Please pay attention and listen to the crossing guard in the morning and in the afternoon. They are there for everyone’s safety.
Some Things to Remember for Parents:
· PTO is also currently taking signups for volunteers for this year’s carnival. Here is the link:
· “It takes a Village” Parent educational night will be this Wednesday at 6:00pm in room 20. Come on out! It’s free to attend!
· Volleyball needs some help for their tournament this weekend (Sept. 29th and 30th)! They need help taking money at the door and possibly at the snack bar for both the Pacific Union School and the Arcata Community Center sites. Friday and Saturday shifts are available. If you’re looking to help please contact head coach Tish Osbourne for further information, or if you want to volunteer.
· If you would like to volunteer in our school garden, then you can contact Farmer Erin at epeterson@pacificunionschool.org.
So, with all of that, let’s go take advantage of the opportunity we are given today. Always do your best to be safe, be respectful and be responsible.
Remember, you have the power to make it a great day or not. However, the choice is yours.

¡Buenos días Pacific Union School y feliz lunes! ¡Hoy es 25 de septiembre! ¡Espero que todos hayan tenido un maravilloso fin de semana!

Algunas cosas para recordar para los estudiantes:
· Es posible que veamos algo de lluvia hoy, así que prepárense para nuestro horario de recreo para días lluviosos. Siga todas las instrucciones de los maestros y demás personal.
· ¡Buena suerte a los equipos de voleibol esta noche cuando se enfrenten a Sunny Brae!
· Por favor preste atención y escuche al guardia de cruce por la mañana y por la tarde. Están ahí para la seguridad de todos.

· La noche educativa para padres “Se necesita una aldea” será este miércoles a las 6:00 pm en el salón 20. ¡Venga! ¡Es gratis asistir!
· ¡El voleibol necesita ayuda para su torneo de este fin de semana (29 y 30 de septiembre)! Necesitan ayuda para llevar dinero en la puerta y posiblemente en el bar de la Escuela Pacific Union y del Centro Comunitario de Arcata. Hay turnos de viernes y sábado disponibles. Si está buscando ayudar, comuníquese con el entrenador en jefe Tish Osbourne para obtener más información o si desea ser voluntario.
